Your tasks

We are looking for a multidisciplinary professional, capable of integrating data analysis tools, programming, automation, networks, and hardware within exercises and mini-projects applied to real business situations.

More than an exclusively theoretical specialist, we are looking for a person who can connect different technologies and turn them into projects that are understandable and executable by the participants.

It is essential that the instructor has the capacity to develop progressive mini-projects, where the participant can learn by doing, for example: capturing information, processing it, transmitting it through a network, analyzing it in Python or Excel, visualizing it in Power BI and, when applicable, integrating it with Node-RED and hardware.

The training will be practical, punctual, and results-oriented, so the indicated knowledge must be demonstrable through exercises, configurations, projects, or application cases.

Requirements

We require an instructor with solid technical experience and, especially, with vocation, patience, and methodology for adult teaching.

The ideal profile must have solid knowledge in:

• Advanced Excel, including analysis, formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and management of business information.
• Power BI, from data preparation and modeling to dashboards, indicators, DAX, and visualization oriented toward decision-making.
• Node-RED, flow integration, communication between devices, APIs, databases, and automation applications.
• Python, with the ability to develop examples applied to data analysis, automation, and integration.
• Solid fundamentals of programming and computational logic.
• Management and integration of hardware, sensors, devices, interfaces, and equipment for practical projects.
• Knowledge of networks, preferably with experience in Cisco technologies, IP addressing, switching, routing, and basic communications diagnosis.
• Integration between IT, OT, data, networks, software, and physical devices.

Must demonstrate

• Patience for teaching adults, including participants with different levels of knowledge.
• Clear pedagogical methodology, explaining step-by-step and verifying that the participant understands before moving forward.
• Ability to transform complex topics into simple explanations and practical applications.
• Experience developing workshops, laboratories, exercises, and projects.
• Ability to teach criteria and problem-solving, not just repeating procedures.

We are looking for an instructor who is completely clear regarding what they master and what they do not master. We do not expect a person to know absolutely all technologies, but we do need them to indicate their real level of experience in each one with transparency.

We value a professional who clearly says “I handle this area at an intermediate level” or “I need to prepare for this module” much more than someone who claims to master tools or technologies that they cannot subsequently execute in front of the participants.
