About the position: We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to manage and follow up on the operational and logistical processes of the area, ensuring efficiency, compliance with standards, and fluid communication between all parties involved.

Main functions:

• Coordinate and supervise the execution of daily logistical operations of the area
• Follow up on processes related to the service of vessels and clients in the maritime sector
• Manage the relationship and communication with suppliers, shipping agents, and other actors in the operation
• Use and administer the company's ERP system for the registration, control, and follow-up of operations
• Prepare management reports and status updates of the operations in charge
• Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes and propose solutions
• Ensure compliance with times, internal procedures, and service quality standards
• Serve as a link between the different areas involved (commercial, operations, administration) to guarantee the correct execution of each operation
• Attend to and resolve in a timely manner any eventuality or unforeseen circumstance during the operation

Requirements:

• University education
• 2 to 5 years of experience in similar positions
• Specific experience in the maritime sector (shipping agencies / ship chandlers)
• ERP management
• English (level required for the position).
