HR Generalist

About the company and the position Our client is an industrial enterprise, a leader in its field with a strong export orientation. They are looking for an individual who will manage the full scope of Human Resources functions. This is a junior position that will provide an opportunity for an individual with a willingness to learn and personal growth to engage with the full range of Human Resources processes. Possession of a means of transport for access to the workplace is essential. The company employs fewer than 40 employees.

What you will do

• Formulation and implementation of Human Resources strategy
• Management of recruitment processes for all staff levels
• Organization and support of onboarding for new employees
• Monitoring and evaluation of staff performance
• Planning of training and development actions
• Ensuring compliance with labor legislation
• Management of personnel files, leaves, and overtime

Required Qualifications:

What we are looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in an organized HR environment
• Studies in economics or social sciences - A Postgraduate degree in Human Resources will be considered an additional asset
• Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail and ability to organize time and tasks
