Purchasing Assistant

Prepare and follow up on national and international purchase orders and requests. Coordinate with local and foreign suppliers regarding the availability, dispatch, and delivery of merchandise. Manage quotations and coordination of international freight with shipping lines. Follow up on the dispatch process between suppliers, shipping lines, and internal areas. Search for, contact, and follow up with new suppliers. Review internal entries of merchandise received in the warehouse and validate the information registered in the SAP system. Register and keep updated product information, including weight, dimensions, and tariff classification.

Studies: Bachelor's degree or university studies in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, or related careers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of SAP and purchasing/import processes is desirable.

Experience: 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics, international trade, or related areas. Experience in supplier management, purchase orders, freight quotation, and shipment tracking. Experience with international suppliers and import processes is desirable.
