Sr. Salesperson Electrical Material Location: Chihuahua Objective of the position Develop commercial opportunities and strengthen relationships with clients in the mining and industrial sectors through the sale of electrical material, providing technical-commercial advice and timely follow-up to close deals. Main responsibilities Prospect and develop new clients in the mining and industrial sectors. Promote and commercialize electrical material, parts, and spare parts. Conduct commercial visits and follow up on business opportunities. Prepare quotes, negotiate commercial conditions, and close sales. Manage client portfolio and keep the CRM updated. Provide after-sales follow-up and detect new commercial opportunities. Meet sales objectives and established indicators. Requirements Education: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical, or related. 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial electrical material or for mining. Experience in prospecting, negotiation, and client portfolio development. Proficiency in CRM and Office software at an intermediate level. Basic-intermediate English (A2-B1). Availability to travel and perform field work. We offer Base salary of $15,000 monthly. (Weekly payment) Guaranteed commission of $25,000 monthly during the first 6 months. 20 days of aguinaldo 30% vacation premium. Uncapped commissions. Manual transmission car Work tools
