Technical Preparer, Hydroware AB

• We believe you have a technical background of at least high school level with good knowledge of electrical theory and mechanics
• Good computer literacy with knowledge of the Office package. We work in the business system Pyramid.
• Good knowledge of English in speech and writing is a requirement. Knowledge of German is highly meritorious.
• Experience in customer relations and technical sales or preparation
• Of course, a structured way of working and a positive basic attitude are required.

If you are technically interested and have good social skills, this could be the job for you. As a technical preparer, your primary task is to handle incoming inquiries, create quotations and technical preparation, as well as order placement. In the long term, you will also assist your colleagues with technical support regarding our product range.

You will work with the area that is currently the largest for Hydroware: modernization of existing elevators. It is naturally part of the role to create long-term relationships with our customer contacts within this area. Hydroware develops, manufactures, and sells high-tech drive and control systems for hydraulic elevators. We have approximately 100 employees and a turnover of over 250 MSEK. We have three subsidiaries in Germany, Italy, and England, and we are also represented by agents/distributors in a number of other countries.
