Responsibilities: Efficiently plan and manage national and international purchases of raw materials and products. Manage inventory levels and ensure timely supply to meet market demand. Lead the development and launch of new products to strengthen the company's portfolio and competitiveness. Manage and negotiate with national and international suppliers seeking the best commercial and quality conditions. Analyze key performance indicators (KPI), budgets, and demand projections to optimize the supply chain. Coordinate comprehensively with the commercial, logistics, and production areas to ensure operational fluidity. Supervise and optimize the relationship with suppliers by evaluating their performance and seeking strategic alliances. Ensure that inventories are maintained at optimal levels, balancing product availability with associated costs. Contribute to the definition of purchasing and portfolio development strategies that drive business profitability. Stay updated on market trends and best practices in procurement and product development.
Requirements: University professional in industrial engineering, business administration, international business, or related fields. Proven experience in procurement planning, national and international purchasing management, and international supplier management. Solid knowledge in inventory analysis, budget management, and definition of procurement indicators (KPI). Ability to coordinate effectively with the logistics, commercial, and production areas. Intermediate conversational English for communication with international suppliers and teams. Ability to lead the development and launch of new products. Result-oriented and continuous improvement mindset. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
