Sales & Customer Service Consultant

Employment type: Full-time or part-time, with the possibility of flexible scheduling to meet the candidate's needs.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcoming and serving customers, with the aim of understanding their needs and providing the appropriate solution.
• Presentation and promotion of energy products and services.
• Developing relationships of trust with customers and ensuring a high level of service.
• Active contribution to achieving the commercial and sales goals of the store.
• Collaboration with the rest of the team for the effective daily operation of the store.

Required Qualifications

• Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach and willingness to serve.
• Team spirit and ability to cooperate.
• Taking initiative and the ability to effectively manage daily issues.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and comfort in using computers.
• Very good knowledge of the English language.

Additional Qualifications will be considered

• Previous experience in sales and/or customer service, ideally in a retail environment.
• Experience in the energy, telecommunications, or technology sectors.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.

Remuneration: €1,000 – €1,200 gross monthly for full-time employment, depending on experience and qualifications. For part-time employment, remuneration is calculated proportionally based on the agreed hours.
