Payroll Officer (ERGANI) / Assistant Accountant
HUMAN PRAXIS is a new, continuously growing company operating nationwide in the field of human resources provision, particularly in finding, selecting, hiring, and managing personnel.
HUMAN PRAXIS is seeking to immediately hire an experienced and organized employee for its offices in Elefsina for the full management of the ERGANI Information System.
Main Responsibilities:
- Management of the ERGANI platform
- Submission of hirings, terminations, and contract notifications in the ERGANI system.
- Entry of work schedules and timetable modifications.
- Management of leaves, sickness, overtime, and personnel attendance.
- Issuance and management of employment contracts.
- Support for the Digital Work Card (still in pilot phase).
- Support in the preparation of payroll and social security contributions on a monthly basis (calculation of Payroll, APD, EFKA)
- Communication with public services (EFKA, AADE).
- Communication with the company accountant for other matters and guidance where required.
- Communication with the occupational physician and safety technician.
- Monitoring changes in labor and social security legislation
- Issuance of salary certificates and other relevant documents
- Collaboration with the HR department
Required Qualifications:
- University/TEI degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of the forms and procedures of the ERGANI I.S. (Ergani II).
- Excellent knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
- Experience in ERGANI submissions and APD management.
- Very good knowledge of payroll software (SoftOne).
- Experience in payroll management for more than 100 employees.
- Good knowledge of English and computer skills (MS Office).
- Ability to adhere to schedules
- Organizational skills, consistency, and team spirit.
