My client, a great industrial group located in the Andrézieux Bouthéon sector, is actively looking for a quality facilitator to complete its teams. Joining this company means joining a committed team where quality is a strategic challenge, serving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Your missions: Reporting to the Quality Manager, you are the primary contact for production teams on quality matters and ensure the operational deployment of the quality management system. In this capacity, your main missions are as follows:

• Facilitate the quality approach on a daily basis with the production teams
• Raise awareness and support employees in complying with quality requirements and best practices
• Handle internal and external non-conformities, analyze root causes, and manage the associated action plans
• Ensure the interface with customers regarding non-conformity management and the follow-up of corrective actions

Higher education at Bac+2 to Bac+5 level in the field of quality, industrial systems management, or equivalent Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar position in an industrial environment Mastery of EN 9100 standard requirements Significant experience in handling non-conformities and implementing corrective actions Excellent writing skills and mastery of document management Knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, AMDEC, etc.) Mastery of office tools and document management systems Fluent English, both written and spoken, indispensable for exchanges with customers
