International Product Support employee

Do you have an affinity for and a passion for agrotechniek and are you looking for an adventurous job? In our team, there is room for a Product Support employee. In this role, you will travel the world, perform technical activities, and work on the latest agricultural machines, which often have yet to enter the market. You also enjoy sharing acquired knowledge and will be deployed to, for example, train operators in the field or provide technical training on location.

Is this you? Do you like to contribute to developments in the sector with your technical expertise? As a Product Support employee, you do not only apply your technical knowledge practically, but you are also deployed on projects to transfer your knowledge. You become part of our team, which consists of technical specialists all with a passion for agriculture and mechanical engineering. You carry out custom projects worldwide for manufacturers and dealers of agricultural machinery, arable farming companies, and startups, focused on technical support and advice.

What will you do? Technical support You perform technical activities on, in particular, new agricultural vehicles, including tractors, combine harvesters, and shredders

Solving technical problems With your technical expertise, you diagnose and solve problems so that the machine performs optimally

Commissioning and testing Your duties also include projects such as commissioning, field testing, and providing demo tours of new machines on location

Project management The assignments are diverse and consist of work on a wide range of machines. You maintain an overview of the project and work together with external teams and customers to achieve the best results.

Knowledge transfer You will also be deployed on projects to, for example, train operators or to provide technical training on location at dealers abroad.

Training and development You regularly participate in internal and external training so that you stay up to date with the technical developments in the agricultural sector

Who are you? You have broad technical knowledge and a passion for the agricultural sector. You love adventure and variety in your activities and you are willing to travel and be away from home for longer periods (at least a few consecutive weeks). You have courage, see what needs to be done, and enjoy transferring acquired knowledge. Experience Preferably, you have a completed Mbo level 4 or Hbo education in an agricultural/technical direction

Language skills Good command of at least the English language is required; knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.

Work ethic You can adhere to the protocols as they apply in other countries on the work floor

Competencies You are independent, have a great sense of responsibility, and think in terms of possibilities

A salary between €2,500 and €3,800 gross per month based on a 40-hour work week, depending on your knowledge and experience

On top of your salary, you receive a daily allowance when staying abroad and, of course, work-related expenses are reimbursed.

A contract based on a certain number of project hours per year.
