Quantity Surveyor

QS:- Understand and reasonably interpret contract documents & drawing Assist in the tendering process; performance measurement and cost breakdown Liaise with main contractors, suppliers & other parties involved in the project Prepare awards of contracts, payment certification, bills of quantities and other contract-related documents to main-con/supplier Assist in final account settlement/ commercial settlement of project account Identify and evaluate variation work To analyze project costing with the relevant breakdown Job Requirements: 3 years and above experience as QS in construction companies Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
