THE ROLE:

Our client is an established, high-end healthcare and wellness organization specializing in premium maternal and holistic post-natal care services. Committed to delivering exceptional service standards and nurturing a supportive, compassionate environment, the company is rapidly expanding its operations.

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and discreet HR & Admin Manager to lead human resources operations, administration, and employee relations. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving talent acquisition, cultivating an engaging organizational culture, ensuring strict legal compliance, and building a strong foundation for operational excellence.

2. Responsibilities

A. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Plan, organize, and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to secure qualified talent across all departments.
  • Draft, approve, and publish job advertisements on appropriate recruitment channels.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring decisions for key positions; supervise the candidate screening process carried out by the team.
  • Design and refine onboarding programs to facilitate smooth integration for new hires into the company culture.
  • Develop employer branding initiatives through internal/external communications and engagement events.
  • Manage employee databases, employment contracts, and statutory insurance compliance in accordance with local labor laws.

B. Labor Relations & Corporate Culture

  • Develop, review, and update HR policies and internal labor regulations in compliance with current Labor Codes.
  • Directly negotiate and communicate with employees regarding contracts, compensation, discipline, and separations to maintain harmony and legal compliance.
  • Handle and mediate grievances, disputes, and labor-related matters; serve as the primary point of contact for internal labor relations and local regulatory authorities (when required).
  • Organize team-building and engagement activities to foster a positive, healthy work environment.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys, propose actionable insights, and implement improvement initiatives.

C. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll

  • Build and maintain a competitive C&B structure, compensation policies, and reward schemes that align with the corporate budget, internal equity, and market trends.
  • Oversee timekeeping, shift scheduling, and attendance management.
  • Process payroll, bonuses, allowance calculations, and statutory benefit schemes accurately and on time.

D. Performance Management & HR Development

  • Build and execute the company-wide Performance Management System (KPIs/OKRs).
  • Partner with department heads to forecast workforce planning and personnel requirements.
  • Formulate long-term HR development strategies, training roadmaps, and clear career progression pathways.

E. General Administration & Regulatory Affairs

  • Act as the company representative when liaising with local authorities and government agencies regarding administrative procedures, operating licenses, and healthcare facility certifications.
  • Oversee legal and administrative compliance related to business operations.
  • Execute other strategic administrative tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

3. Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive HR & Admin experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead position.
  • Industry Preference: Prior experience recruiting/managing talent in Healthcare, Premium Hospitality, Maternal/Postpartum Care, Midwifery, or Specialized Nursing is highly desirable.
  • Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and employment regulations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Hands-on experience dealing with clinic/facility legal procedures and working with local authorities is a major advantage.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, mediation, and conflict-resolution skills with employees across various levels.
  • Attributes: High level of discretion/confidentiality, proactive attitude, adaptability, and strong ownership.
  • Language: Fluent in English (both spoken and written - Mandatory).
