Senior Advisor Technical Coordination

The Senior Adviser Technical Coordination is responsible for driving regional readiness, stakeholder coordination and third party engagement activities supporting the Modern ERP Program.

The role acts as the primary program delivery teams, testing teams, technical teams, business stakeholders and external partners, ensuring all parties are prepared to support STI, UAT, deployment readiness and cutover activities.

Experience: Mandatory

• Professional fluency in both English and French.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, meetings, governance forums and stakeholder engagements in both languages.
• Strong written communication capability in English and French.

Essential

• Minimum 7 years' experience supporting large scale technology or business transformation programs.
• Experience coordinating testing, readiness, deployment or operational transition activities.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder environments involving internal and external parties.
• Strong planning, dependency management and risk management capability.
• Experience coordinating third party vendors and external service providers
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Experience supporting System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Understanding of enterprise integration landscapes and third party system dependencies.
• Experience working with major System Integrators and global delivery teams.
