Mechanical Engineer – Rotating Equipment (RCM / SME) | KSA

We are hiring an experienced Mechanical Engineer – Rotating Equipment (RCM / SME) for a reputed company in Saudi Arabia.

Maintenance of rotating equipment: pumps, centrifugal & reciprocating compressors, steam & gas turbines

Expertise in mechanical seals, API seal plans, gearboxes, fin fans, cooling towers, agitators & mixers

Hands-on participation in RCM workshops

Strong understanding of RCM methodology as per SAE JA1011 and SAE JA1012

Ability to apply RCM 7 key questions for failure analysis and maintenance planning

Develop and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) strategies to improve reliability and reduce costs

Collaborate with operations & maintenance teams to ensure asset health and performance

Conduct training sessions on RCM principles and maintenance best practices

Tools & Systems RCM Software: GE APM Meridium

CMMS: SAP PM

Certification : CMRP

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)

Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience

Experience in oil refinery / petrochemical / heavy industry projects preferred

Strong hands-on exposure to RCM implementation

Proven ability in maintenance planning & reliability improvement
