TASKS:
- NC programming: Creation and adaptation of NC programs for 3- and 4-axis machining centers with TopSolid7
- Production documentation: Creation of setup, tool, and production sheets to support production
- Tool management: Selection of suitable tools and clamping devices for economical manufacturing
- Program optimization: Maintenance, correction, and continuous improvement of existing NC programs
- Data maintenance: Creation and updating of tool data in the TDM system
- Process improvement: Participation in the optimization of manufacturing processes in the field of small mechanics
- Development: Support in the further development of programs, fixtures, and manufacturing aids

REQUIREMENTS:
- Training: Completed vocational training in a metal profession, ideally as a Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/f/d)
- Further education: Master or technician training in the field of mechanical engineering is an advantage
- CAD/CAM knowledge: Experience in using TopSolid7
- TDM systems: Experience in handling tool data management systems
