Sales Representative / Sales Representative in services for (M/F)

You will hold the position of Senior Vishing Sales Representative within the Vishing department based at the headquarters (76160 St Martin du Vivier). Your main mission is to ensure targeted prospecting with identified prospects and directly sell the Vishing offer. Missions: o Contact prospects by phone, email, LinkedIn...; o Identify and qualify the right interlocutors; o Use active listening and mastered argumentation techniques; o Adapt the discourse to different interlocutor profiles; o Qualify leads according to defined criteria (sector, size, budget...); o Respond to objections, qualify needs, and propose a suitable offer; o Ensure post-appointment follow-up if necessary (follow-ups, cancellations...); o Present, argue, and sell the Vishing offer; o Ensure rigorous reporting of your activity in the CRM and to your manager; o Manage commercial exchanges until the signing of the contract; o Represent the company at trade fairs, professional events, and animations.

o Bac+3 minimum with 3 to 5 years of experience in business development o Mastery of English o Excellent elocution, ease on the phone o Mastery of telephone prospecting and direct sales techniques o Use of CRM and commercial tracking tools o Commercial argumentation o Mastery of BtoB sales techniques o Mastery of BtoB, IT sales cycles o Principles of customer relations o Autonomy, rigor, organization, and professionalism o Mastery of videoconferencing tools and CRM o Team spirit, sense of results, resilience, listening, ability to convince, and discretion o Desired experience in the marketing of IT products
