🎯 Your mission: to become the person we call when no one has challenged the need, not the one who executes the mockup they are given.
What you actually do: 🔍 You challenge the client's product vision before touching Figma — user interviews, workshops, Design Sprints, no safety net
🎨 You design end-to-end, both UX and UI — from problem framing to the final interface, working directly with PM and tech, never in a silo
🤖 You integrate IA at two levels: in your products (designing IA interfaces, managing uncertainty and model error states) and in your daily life (you design faster and better with the right IA tools)
📊 You measure what you deliver — Contentsquare, Hotjar, GA. Whatever doesn't work, you change it quickly
🤝 You use your voice with the client — you audit a request, you don't just execute it point by point

👀 Who are we looking for? 2 to 8 years in Product Design on high-audience digital products
Experience with large accounts is mandatory — you have already worked with demanding stakeholders, not just in startups
Both UX and UI mastered — you think about the problem before the interface, and you also know how to deliver it cleanly
IA at the heart of your practice — either you have designed products with an IA component, or you have integrated IA tools into your design workflow (ideally both)
Figma & advanced prototyping, user research (interviews, tests, workshops)
Analytics: you read and exploit it
Professional English is mandatory
You challenge without imposing, autonomous in ambiguity
