🎯 Your role:
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will work at the heart of projects to design, develop, and industrialize high-value artificial intelligence solutions.
You will work in close collaboration with Product, Tech, and Data teams to transform business needs into high-performance and scalable AI products.

🧠 Design of AI solutions
Imagine and design adapted architectures (LLM, RAG, agents, NLP, ML…) based on client needs.
⚙️ Development & integration
Develop robust pipelines (data → model → API → product) and integrate models into application environments.
🚀 Industrialization
Deploy models into production (Docker, cloud, APIs), ensuring their performance, monitoring, and scalability.
📊 Optimization & evaluation
Improve model quality (prompting, fine-tuning, retrieval, metrics) and manage issues regarding hallucination, latency, and costs.
🤝 Product & business collaboration
Work with Product Managers and business teams to build relevant and impactful use cases.
📚 Watch & innovation
Stay at the forefront of AI developments (GenAI, agents, new models) and contribute to collective skill development.

- 2 to 5 years of experience in AI / ML / Data
- Mastery of Python and ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow…)
- Experience in GenAI (LLM, RAG, agents) topics
- Knowledge of cloud environments and production tools
- Ability to popularize concepts and collaborate with non-technical teams
- Curiosity, rigor, and a problem-solver mindset

What profile are we looking for?
Experience
- Minimum 2 years in Generative AI
Technical foundation (must-have)
- Code reading (Python / JS), SQL basics
- RAG architecture and APIs (REST / GraphQL)

- Strong curiosity

Language
- Fluent English required
