Your tasks

What you actually do

• You build custom AI architectures. LLM, RAG, fine-tuning, agents: you choose the building blocks, you make the technical trade-offs, and you explain them. No stacking of trendy tools, but choices justified by a qualified use case.
• You take your models all the way to production. Deployment, monitoring, latency, costs, long-term robustness. This is where the real work happens, and it's what we expect from you from day one to the last.
• You move from prototype to scale. POC, MVP, industrial pipelines: you know when to go fast and when to consolidate, keeping the business stakes in sight.
• You work in direct contact with the business. Product Managers, Data teams, MLOps, and especially the client. You explain what the model does, what it doesn't do, and why.
• You level up others. AI acculturation for internal and client teams, sharing what you have learned in workshops, contributing to the AI Agents practice.
• You participate in the life of Hubvisory. You consolidate your consultant posture and evolve, according to your aspirations, towards roles of technical referent, Lead AI, or Gen-AI Architect.

Requirements

👉 The profile we are looking for****

• You have real experience with generative AI in real-world conditions: LLM, RAG, creation of agents. You have already put a model into production and you know how to describe what happened between "it works locally" and "it runs at the client's site."
• Technical side: Python, APIs, cloud deployment, and containerization. Classic ML is an asset, GenAI is the foundation. Fluent English is mandatory.
• Three qualities that make the difference here: the ability to simplify concepts for a non-technical interlocutor, maintained curiosity (we will ask you for your latest "wow" effect during the interview), and resourcefulness on subjects without a manual.

What we offer

The package: €42,000-€48,000 gross fixed, bi-annual reviews, profit sharing up to 22% of profits redistributed equally.
