What to expect:

• Control, monitoring, and processing of all necessary purchasing activities (quotations, orders, scheduling, deadline tracking, complaints, ...)
• Preparation and, if necessary, execution of price negotiations
• Cross-departmental cooperation with other departments such as financial accounting, production, customs department
• Creation and evaluation of purchasing KPIs
• Optimization of material group management and creation of material group strategies
• Development and qualification of the existing supplier base
• Creation of reports
• Assumption of Key-User functions for the ERP system

What you should bring:

• Completed vocational training
• Reliable, independent, and responsible way of working
• Organizational talent as well as strong communication skills
• Good IT skills (IFS, MS-Office etc.)
• Good written and spoken English skills
