Job Summary
You will provide pre-sales technical solutions and business support for AMHS and semiconductor equipment, collaborate with customers to gather requirements, address technical inquiries, and support project delivery through technical input and specification negotiation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-sales technical solutions and business support for AMHS and semiconductor equipment (Sorter/EFEM) to meet customer needs
- Collect and analyze customer requirements to inform solution design and bidding documentation
- Respond promptly and accurately to technical inquiries from customers to facilitate decision-making
- Prepare comprehensive pre-sales and bidding documents that align with customer and project specifications
- Negotiate and confirm customer technical specifications to ensure clarity and feasibility
- Provide detailed requirement input and ongoing technical support throughout project delivery to ensure successful implementation
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in science, engineering, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in semiconductor automation equipment development, project implementation, or operation and maintenance
- Strong skills in solution integration, team coordination, and communication to drive project success under pressure
- Demonstrated responsible, reliable, and self-motivated work attitude
