Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Provide project cost guidance and control to ensure the project is completed within budget

Prepare the bill of quantities and participate in project contract management

Analyze design drawings and specifications and make optimal suggestions

Coordinate and work with project teams, vendors and contractors to ensure project quality and drawings are up to standards

Possess at least a bachelor's degree in relevant field and possess relevant qualification certifications

Demonstrated communication skills, teamwork and problem-solving skills

Applicants with more than one year experience will be given priority

Mandarin speaking and written is essential knowledge due to coordinate with Chinese client and project team
