LORRY CRANE OPERATOR

Job Responsibilities

• Transport workers safely and punctually between dormitories and worksites, including early morning drop-offs and evening pick-ups.
• Follow the daily schedule arranged by the office and complete assigned transport, delivery and lifting jobs on time.
• Coordinate with office and site personnel on job requirements, locations and timing, and promptly report delays or changes.
• Operate the lorry crane safely for loading, unloading and lifting activities, following safe lifting procedures and equipment load limits.
• Deliver materials, tools and equipment to designated locations, ensuring loads are properly secured before travelling.
• Conduct daily pre-operation checks on the lorry and crane, and promptly report defects, damage or maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate trip records and ensure delivery orders and job sheets are acknowledged and returned to the office.
• Keep the vehicle, crane and related accessories clean and in good working condition.
• Comply with traffic rules, site safety requirements and company procedures.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the company.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 4 driving licence and relevant lorry crane operator certification.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience driving and operating lorry cranes.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads, traffic rules and construction site safety requirements.
• Familiar with safe lifting procedures, crane load limits and load securing methods.
• Able to follow assigned schedules, manage time effectively and complete jobs with minimal supervision.
• Responsible, punctual and safety-conscious, with a good driving record.
• Able to communicate and coordinate with office staff, site personnel and customers.
