Quantity Surveyor

Position: Quantity Surveyor Vacancy: 1 position Location: Woodlands Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Negotiable Key Responsibilities Prepare and review project cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans

Prepare quantity take-offs, quotations, tender documents, and cost comparisons

Monitor project costs, variations, progress claims, and overall expenditure

Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations

Assist with contract administration, procurement, and cost control

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on commercial and contractual matters

Ensure proper documentation and accurate records of project costs and contracts

Requirements Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field

Relevant experience in the construction industry will be an advantage

Good knowledge of construction costs, contracts, measurement, and cost control

Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
