Responsibilities and assignments

Architecture and technological solutions

• Design, evaluate, and recommend solution architectures to meet the needs of the company's different areas.
• Analyze functional and non-functional requirements, considering performance, security, availability, integration, scalability, and cost.
• Identify risks, technical dependencies, and opportunities for simplification of the technological environment.
• Evaluate technologies, platforms, and implementation alternatives, considering the utilization of existing resources.
• Prepare objective technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration flows, and specifications necessary for implementation and maintenance.

Corporate systems and integrations

• Participate in the evolution and integration of corporate platforms, including ERP, financial systems, purchasing, manufacturing, human resources, and other applications.
• Provide technical support for projects related to NetSuite and its integrated systems.
• Define and evaluate integrations between applications using APIs, middleware, cloud services, and other technologies.
• Guide decisions related to data architecture, interfaces, automation, and interoperability between systems.
• Identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary customizations, redundancies, and technological complexity.

Execution and technical support for projects

• Act as a technical reference for technology projects, working together with the Project Manager and the specialists responsible for execution.
• Support the resolution of complex technical problems and situations involving multiple platforms or vendors.
• Review and validate technical proposals, solution designs, and implementations carried out by vendors.
• Participate in proofs of concept, technical tests, and validations of new technologies.
• Guide teams in the application of best practices for architecture, integration, and security.
• Support the transition of implemented solutions to the teams responsible for operation and maintenance.

Infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity

• Evaluate the compatibility of solutions with the company's infrastructure, networks, and cloud services environment.
• Consider cybersecurity requirements from the conception of the solutions.
• Support definitions related to authentication, access control, data protection, and continuity of services.
• Work together with infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity specialists to ensure the integration and stability of the technological environment.
• Understand the requirements and particularities of industrial environments and their interfaces with corporate IT.

Requirements and qualifications

• Higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Solid experience in Information Technology, including relevant performance in solutions architecture, systems integration, or corporate solutions engineering.
• Practical experience in the design, evaluation, and implementation of technological solutions in business environments.
• Solid knowledge in application architecture, REST APIs, web services, middleware, and integration between systems.
• Experience with ERP systems and their relationship with other corporate applications.
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and data architecture.
• Consistent knowledge in corporate infrastructure, networks, cloud computing, and SaaS services.
• Ability to apply cybersecurity principles to architecture and integration decisions.
• Experience in the technical analysis of solutions and vendor proposals.
• Ability to prepare and interpret diagrams and architecture documentation.
• Advanced English, with the ability to participate in and lead meetings, technical discussions, and interactions with international teams.
