QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of quantity surveyor works i.e. tendering, quantity take-off, budget, price comparison, preparation of contracts / PO for sub-contractors, consultants and suppliers

Call quotations, procurements and sourcing for new suppliers / sub-contractors

Responsible for follow-up on claims certification, variations and settlement of final accounts with clients and sub-contractors

Responsbile for preparation of warranties, submission of OMM and as-built drawings from Consultants, Specialist sub-contractors and suppliers to clients

Requirements:

Degree in QS Studies or Buildings

Minimum 2 years working experience with building contracts knowledge

Possess initiative and be able to work independently

Must have good communication skills, both written and spoken

Reports to Director
