Equipment Maintenance Technician

Role Title: Equipment Maintenance Technician

Department: Operations / Maintenance / Engineering Position Type: Full-Time

An Equipment Maintenance Technician keeps our customer plant machinery and industrial systems running safely and efficiently. You will perform routine checks, fix sudden breakdowns, and run tests to stop equipment failures before they happen.

Core Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance: Run scheduled checks, clean parts, and lubricate moving components on machinery.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic problems and replace broken parts.
• Downtime Recovery: Respond fast to machine stoppages to get production lines working again.
• Safety Compliance: Follow strict safety rules, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.
• Record Keeping: Log all repairs, inspections, and parts used in the maintenance tracking system.
• Issue Report : Provide report after job completed for customer acknowledgement.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Polytechnic Diploma or a technical certificate in mechanical, electrical, or industrial technology.
• Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience maintaining industrial or manufacturing equipment.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blue prints.
• Physical Strength: Ability to stand for long hours, working in clean room, and climb ladders.
• Working Hours and Travel : 5.5 days / Week, Able to travel region for work.
