Your tasks

• As a Senior Project Manager, you lead Dynamics 365 CRM implementations for our clients from start to successful go-live. You are ultimately responsible for the progress, quality, scope, and budget of your projects, and ensure that teams and stakeholders are always sailing in the same direction.

• You work at the intersection of business and technology. Together with the client, you translate strategic goals into a clear project approach and a feasible roadmap. You facilitate workshops, structure requirements, and ensure that CRM processes such as sales, marketing, and service are effectively supported by Dynamics 365.
• Within the project, you manage a multidisciplinary team of (business) consultants, developers, and solution architects. You maintain oversight of planning and dependencies, actively manage risks, and ensure that decisions are made in a timely manner. In doing so, you know how to structure complex trajectories and manage the expectations of stakeholders at various levels.
• Our projects are often part of broader Microsoft Cloud transformations, where solutions such as Dynamics 365 CRM, Field Service, and Power BI come together. In this environment, you provide structure, direction, and results – and help clients not only implement a system but actually improve their way of working.

• At least 5 years of experience with CRM implementations as a Project Manager - this is essential!

• You share our mindset: critical thinking, being entrepreneurial, and working in a result-oriented manner.
• Excellent command of English for international projects.
• Your management skills are consultative, anticipatory, and inspiring, ensuring the team functions effectively.
• Experience with the Microsoft platform, particularly Dynamics 365 CRM, is a plus.
• Demonstrable knowledge of project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2, PMI, or IPMA C/D certification.
