What awaits you:

You plan, develop, and control the assortment and product strategy, orienting yourself towards international standards to ensure a market-oriented assortment. Through targeted trend analyses and market observation, you identify potentials and develop innovative brands and products that expand the fashion assortment and strengthen competition. International and national sourcing processes, including price negotiations, as well as the entire procurement management, are your responsibility. You are responsible for the budget process on a short- and medium-term basis and control central KPIs to optimize assortment efficiency. You take on the functional leadership of the team and actively promote the further development of your team members.

What you bring with you:

You have a completed degree or a comparable qualification and have several years of experience in fashion buying. A high degree of initiative and creativity characterizes you; furthermore, you bring economic, strategic, and entrepreneurial thinking. You possess strong analytical skills as well as negotiation skills and convince through communication strength and assertiveness. Your fluent English skills in speaking and writing support your intercultural competence and your willingness to travel internationally.
