What awaits you:

• You are responsible for the planning, development, and management of the assortment & product strategy for the Beauty and Wellness area, taking international standards into account.
• You are responsible for the development and procurement of innovative and competitive brands and products in the Beauty and Wellness area.
• You identify all trends through market & competitor observation and implement them in your product portfolio in a manner appropriate to the target group.
• You are responsible for international & national sourcing (price negotiation, etc.) and procurement management.
• You conduct active supplier management for the brand & product portfolio to be managed.
• You bear responsibility in the short & medium-term budget process and are responsible for managing the KPIs.

What you bring with you:

• You possess subject-specific knowledge that you have acquired either through a degree, a professionally relevant training, or a comparable educational path.
• You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable position as well as expertise in the product management of Beauty and Wellness products.
• You are flexible, ready for change, and possess a high degree of initiative and creativity.
• You have an economic, strategic, and entrepreneurial mindset and possess strong analytical skills.
• You possess negotiation skills, communication strength, and assertiveness.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• You possess intercultural competencies and are willing to travel.
