Staff Nurse (OT Scrub Nurse)

Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in order to achieve optimum patient outcome.

Demonstrate competency in clinical nursing skills and knowledge in the delivery of special skills.

Maintain current trends and nursing practices through formal education and self-development.

Assist doctors in surgical procedures; provide post-surgical care and excellence nursing care to patients.

Demonstrate knowledge in management of infection control, adhere to aseptic and sterile technique.

Involve in the care and maintenance of surgical instruments and equipment for staff and patient’s safety.

Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve, and follow through quality/ service issues.

Perform duties as assigned by the Nurse manager.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing

Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board

Experience in Operating Theatre as Scrub Nurse / Circulating Nurse / AU Nurse / CSSD Nurse

Good customer service skills
