Our private banking business uses Avaloq, a leading end-to-end wealth management and banking platform supporting client management, investments, trading, lending, payments, risk, compliance, and back-office operations. We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to drive the successful delivery of technology initiatives across Core Solutions SVS. You will enable high-performing Agile teams, strengthen delivery governance, remove impediments, and ensure measurable business and technology outcomes.

What we offer The pay range for this role is 16 000 PLN – 21 000 PLN (monthly, gross). Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance. Daily tasks

• Lead end-to-end delivery planning and execution across multiple technology workstreams, balancing scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, and dependencies.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, Product Owners, engineering leaders, and technology teams to align priorities, roadmaps, and delivery decisions.
• Drive effective delivery governance across Agile, Lean, and hybrid delivery models, ensuring clear operating rhythms and accountability.
• Track delivery progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits; provide clear recommendations and escalate blockers where needed.
• Facilitate key governance forums, including Value Stream Reviews, Portfolio Syncs, PI Planning, QBRs, and cross-functional delivery reviews.
• Support capability prioritisation, investment decisions, and benefits management across the value stream.
• Ensure teams follow required controls, including security, architecture, capability management, and technology standards.
• Maintain visibility of resource demand, capacity, skills, locations, and funding requirements across the Value Stream and provide concise reporting to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

What you need to have to succeed in this role At least 10 years of IT experience, including 5+ years in senior delivery, programme, or portfolio management roles. Proven project delivery experience within banking, financial services, or wealth management environments. Strong experience working in Avaloq-related projects or equivalent core banking / private banking platform delivery environments. Strong knowledge of the SDLC and delivery operating models, including Agile, Lean, and hybrid methodologies. Demonstrated ability to lead and support distributed, multi-disciplinary technology teams across product, engineering, architecture, and operations. Experience managing complex delivery portfolios, dependencies, risks, governance, and stakeholder expectations. Strong commercial and operational awareness, including capacity planning, resource management, budgets, and funding changes. Ability to translate strategic goals into practical delivery plans and make sound decisions in complex, regulated environments. Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills across senior business and technology stakeholders. Knowledge of private banking and wealth management operating models, platform ecosystems, and delivery constraints is highly desirable.
