SHIFT PREPARATION TECHNICIAN

Thanks to our employees, we have continued to grow, so we are looking for a motivated and responsible person for the position: Shift Preparation Technician Main responsibilities and tasks:
- Responsible for maintaining tobacco processing line machines and resolving identified defects as early as possible.
- Daily monitoring of cleaning, lubrication, and oil leak controls on all machines.
- Daily checking of machine settings and performing necessary adjustments.
- Daily control and troubleshooting of the dust extraction line system.
- Repair and overhaul of tobacco processing lines, tobacco planting and purchasing lines, as well as repairs and replacement of mechanical components and assemblies on equipment within their scope of work.
- Regularly checks the operating condition of equipment, performs technical adjustments, and informs the Maintenance Manager about observed problems.
- Works on reducing energy consumption.
- Manufacturing parts in accordance with provided specifications.
- Disassembling machines if necessary, repairing and replacing faulty machine components.
- Participates in the installation of production equipment and machines.
- Supervises the operation of equipment and machines, takes care of hydraulic platforms and floor sweepers in the plant.
- Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the work environment.
- Participates in the preparation of preventive maintenance actions.
- Ensures that all tools and materials used are appropriate, safe, and in compliance with relevant company standards and requirements.
- Maintenance, repair, and replacement of mechanical components and assemblies on equipment within their scope of work.
- Works in other sectors as needed, all tobacco processing areas (packaging, drying, sorting, input, etc.), on tile planting, tobacco purchasing.
- Other tasks in accordance with the nature and type of work as ordered by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- Required educational level: SSS-secondary vocational education.
- Required profession: technical professions (electrical, mechanical).
- Basic knowledge of English language in speaking and writing.
- Basic computer skills: Ms Office.
- Driving license category B.
