Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve operational and service excellence while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment Collaborate with management to achieve financial, service, and operational goals through proactive problem-solving and effective team coordination Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering and stock control processes to minimize waste and maximize profitability Oversee cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and reduce financial discrepancies Inspect table setups regularly to verify cleanliness, neatness, and compliance with service standards Support the Manager in achieving sales, operational, and financial targets Requirements Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related discipline Effective communication skills used to interact with staff, customers, and suppliers
