Wine Promoter / F&B Service Promoter | Central | Up to $15/hr | Contract-to-Permanent Opportunity

🍷 Join an exciting wine promotion team at Marina Bay Sands!

We are looking for confident and customer-oriented Wine Promoters / F&B Promoters to engage diners and introduce an interactive wine buffet experience.

This is a 3–6 months contract role with potential conversion to a permanent position for suitable candidates.

Job Details

• 📍 Location: Marina Bay Sands (Central Singapore)
• 📅 Duration: 3–6 Months Contract (Conversion to Permanent Available)
• ⏰ Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (4 hours daily)
• 🗓️ Commitment: Minimum 3 days per week
• 💰 Salary:
• $14/hour
• $15/hour on Public Holidays
• 👔 Attire: Uniform provided

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and introduce the wine buffet experience to diners.
• Explain buffet concept, pricing, promotions, and inclusions clearly.
• Engage customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Guide customers on using the AI Sommelier system for wine pairing and recommendations.
• Demonstrate the AI-powered wine discovery experience to enhance customer engagement.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and encourage wine buffet participation.
• Support overall dining experience and service standards.

Requirements

• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with customers.
• Prior experience in sales, promoter, F&B service, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a restaurant / hospitality environment.
• Able to commit at least 3 days per week , including weekends where required.
• Open to candidates seeking part-time, contract, or potential permanent opportunities .
