Warehouse Team Lead (Data Center) | Tampines | Up to $4.5K | Shift Work

💰 Salary: $2,600 – $3,000/month

📍 Location: Tampines

🔄 Shift Schedule

First 3 Months – Training 🕗 Mon–Fri: 8:00am – 5:00pm

After Training – Rotating 3 Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations , including receiving, storage, picking, packing and inventory activities.
• Lead and coordinate warehouse associates to meet productivity and operational targets.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movements and warehouse transactions .
• Conduct regular team briefings , allocate manpower and track team performance.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse safety procedures, SOPs and operational standards .
• Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently to minimise disruptions.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to warehouse team members.
• Work closely with Production, Quality and Logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment, with proven Team Lead/Supervisory experience .
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics or supply chain operations will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management .
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a rotating shift environment .
