About the Role

Our client is an established organisation with a large-scale warehouse and logistics operation in Singapore. We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to supervise warehouse associates and oversee daily warehouse operations during assigned shifts.

This is a permanent 4-day work week opportunity for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control and WMS , who are comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates , including manpower and task allocation to maintain productivity and smooth workflow.
• Oversee daily receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, dispatch and loading activities.
• Monitor warehouse performance against KPIs and service levels , escalating and resolving operational issues during the shift.
• Support cycle counts, stocktaking and inventory discrepancy investigations , ensuring accurate inventory transactions and documentation.
• Train team members on SOPs, WMS usage and workplace safety , while monitoring attendance, discipline and performance.
• Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment and support process improvement initiatives and other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or related discipline .
• Relevant experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution operations , with team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS / Warehouse Management Systems and inventory control processes.
• Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with 12-hour rotating shifts , including weekends, and able to take a hands-on approach to warehouse operations.

Working Schedule

• Permanent 4-day work week
• 12-hour rotating shifts
• Day Shift: 8.00am – 8.00pm
• Night Shift: 8.00pm – 8.00am
• Rotating roster covering weekdays and weekends
