Roles & Responsibilities

Location: Jurong Salary: Up to $4,500 per month Employment Type: Permanent

Job Description

We are looking for Warehouse Executives to support daily warehouse, inventory and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily receiving, checking, storage, picking, packing and cargo release activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Update transactions and job information in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) .
• Conduct stock counts and prepare inventory reports.
• Coordinate with customers, drivers, transport teams and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare warehouse documents, job sheets, delivery orders and billing information .
• Monitor incoming and outgoing cargo to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time.
• Support WMS implementation, system changeover and data migration projects.
• Assist with warehouse process improvement and work procedure updates .
• Maintain good housekeeping and comply with workplace safety requirements .
• Operate a forklift when required, subject to holding a valid forklift licence.
• Perform other ad-hoc logistics and warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control or WMS will be an advantage.
• Good computer skills , particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Google Forms, Google Sheets or Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Forklift licence will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills and able to work well with customers, drivers and warehouse teams.
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented .
• Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned duties.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, non-air-conditioned warehouse environment with industrial fans.
• Candidates without direct experience are welcome if they have a positive attitude and willingness to learn .
