- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role
We are looking for are liable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support the daily warehouse operations. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have experience in warehouse or logistics operations, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer order sheets.
- Receive, scan, and put away incoming goods.
- Check the quality and quantity of goods during receiving and dispatch.
- Perform goods receiving (GR) and goods issuing (GI) transactions using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP.
- Carry out cycle counts and stock-taking activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Liaise with internal customer service teams and external suppliers or service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and comply with workplace safety procedures.
- Support other warehouse-related duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Basic computer literacy.
- Able to work overtime when required.
- Good attendance record, punctuality, and a positive working attitude.
- At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Candidates with a logistics-related educational background are welcome to apply.
- Experience using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or SAP will be an advantage.
- Valid forklift licence is an advantage and eligible for an additional monthly allowance.
