Assistant Operations Supervisor | Up to $3,350 | Logistics / Warehouse

Salary: $2,900 – $3,350/month Location: Pioneer Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time

About the Role

Our client is an established organisation with growing logistics and warehouse operations in Singapore. We are looking for an Assistant Operations Supervisor to support the daily operations team and ensure smooth, efficient and timely execution of operational activities.

This role is suitable for candidates with experience in warehouse, logistics or operations , who are looking to take on greater responsibility in team coordination and operational supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Supervisor in overseeing daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Coordinate manpower, work allocation and daily operational activities according to business requirements.
• Monitor inbound and outbound operations , ensuring proper handling, documentation and timely completion of tasks.
• Support inventory control, stocktaking and discrepancy investigations to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist in monitoring team performance, KPI achievement, SOP compliance and workplace safety .
• Handle operational issues and coordinate with internal teams, customers, drivers and other stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or a related discipline .
• Relevant experience in warehouse, logistics or operations , with supervisory experience preferred.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics processes .
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Responsible, organised and comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment .
