We are looking for detail-oriented Import / Export Officers to oversee end-to-end import and export processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence. Key Details 📍Location: Paya Lebar 📅Duration: 3-Month Contract (until end of Dec) ⏰Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Job Scope Customs Declarations: Process import and export permit declarations accurately and on time.

Document Verification: Review invoices, packing lists, pricing, and trade documents for accuracy.

Trade Finance Support: Assist with Letter of Credit (LC) applications and related documentation.

Ad-hoc Duties: Provide supply chain and compliance-related administrative support as needed.

What We Are Looking For Relevant Experience: Hands-on experience in import/export, logistics, supply chain, or 3PL operations.

Certification: Customs Competency Test for Declarants certification is an advantage.

Permit Declaration Experience: Prior experience handling customs permit declarations preferred.

Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and compliance work.
