🔧 What You’ll Do
- Perform server and system testing to ensure products meet required specifications.
- Prepare and maintain test templates, test procedures and Golden Images .
- Work with BOMs, Engineering Instructions (EI) and other technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot and identify issues during testing and production.
- Perform failure analysis and work closely with engineering and production teams.
- Record test results and maintain accurate technical documentation.
- Support continuous improvement of testing processes and workflows.
- Ensure all testing activities comply with quality and safety requirements.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Diploma / Nitec / Higher Nitec in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, IT or Engineering .
- Experience in server testing, system testing, manufacturing or data centre environments is advantageous.
- Familiarity with BOM, test procedures, troubleshooting or engineering documentation .
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with hardware, software and technical equipment.
- Candidates with relevant Test Engineering / Technician / Server / PC hardware experience are welcome.
🕒 Working Hours
Training Period (First 3 Months) Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
After Training Weekly rotating 12-hour shifts:
- Day: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Night: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Choose one of the following fixed 4-day work patterns:
- Team A: Monday – Thursday
- Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday
- Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
