• Basic Salary: SGD $4,000 – $8,000/month

🔧 Job Responsibilities

• Perform performance testing and reliability verification of R&D prototypes.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, build test environments and conduct optical, electrical, motion accuracy and environmental testing.
• Conduct index verification and calibration of die test equipment, ensuring accuracy, repeatability and testing efficiency.
• Analyse test data, prepare technical reports and identify performance bottlenecks or design defects.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to troubleshoot issues and drive product optimisation.
• Develop automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Establish product testing specifications, standards and procedures.
• Support the Malaysia team in developing mass production testing procedures, specifications and SOPs.

🎯 Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Optoelectronic Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Measurement & Control Technology or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in testing and verification of optical components or semiconductor equipment.
• Familiarity with optical communication testing instruments and statistical data analysis.
• Ability to independently develop test plans and test cases.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and technical documentation skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English for technical communication.

⭐ Added Advantages:

• Experience developing automated testing systems.
• Knowledge of Python or MATLAB scripting.
• Hands-on experience in silicon photonic chip or optical module testing.
• Familiarity with CPO/OE die test indicators and relevant industry standards.
