🌟 About the Opportunity Join an innovative R&D engineering team specialising in advanced semiconductor testing, optical communication technology and silicon photonics!

Your tasks

We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to drive product performance testing, reliability verification and automated testing solutions for cutting-edge technologies.

• Conduct performance testing and reliability verification of R&D prototypes.
• Develop test plans and environments for optical, electrical, motion accuracy and environmental testing.
• Perform calibration and verification of OE die testing equipment.
• Analyse test data, troubleshoot performance issues and recommend design improvements.
• Develop automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Establish testing standards, technical reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with overseas engineering teams to support mass production testing procedures and SOPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Optoelectronic Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant testing experience in optical components or semiconductor equipment.
• Familiarity with optical communication testing instruments and test data analysis.
• Ability to independently develop test plans and test cases.
• Experience in automated testing systems and Python/MATLAB scripting is advantageous.
• Knowledge of silicon photonics, optical modules, CPO or OE die testing is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and technical documentation skills.
