Temp Training Officer / Special Needs Programme Assistant | $15/hr | Flexible Days

Your tasks

• Guide clients through scheduled learning sessions, recreational activities and daily routines.
• Assist individuals in practising communication, social interaction and independent living skills.
• Encourage participation in group activities and provide individual guidance where needed.
• Observe behavioural patterns and record relevant updates for the team.
• Support clients with their daily needs while maintaining a safe and organised environment.
• Assist with programme preparation, attendance tracking and basic reporting.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure activities run smoothly.

Requirements

This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in special needs education, disability services or activity facilitation who are seeking flexible, short-term work!

• Minimum Secondary / N-Level / O-Level qualification.
• Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is required.
• Experience facilitating activities, training sessions or structured programmes.
• Background in disability care, special needs education or Day Activity Centres is advantageous.
• Comfortable managing different behavioural and communication needs.
• Patient, responsible and confident in engaging with clients.
• Able to commit for at least 1 month.

What we offer

• Earn $15 per hour
• Flexible working days based on your availability
• Short-term assignment of 1–3 months
• Locations: Hougang or Woodlands (indicate your preference)
• Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Hands-on experience in a community-based care environment
