⏰ Shift Details
- Working Hours: 7:45 PM – 7:45 AM
- Work Pattern: 4-3-3-4 work-rest cycle
- Shift Arrangement: Saturday night shift, with alternating Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday shifts
🛠️ Your Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment to achieve production targets and schedules
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to support production efficiency and product quality
- Carry out daily and monthly preventive maintenance to maintain equipment reliability
- Read and understand electrical and mechanical diagrams
- Participate in workplace safety and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Support day-to-day production operations and ensure equipment operates effectively
👷 Requirements
- Minimum NITEC in Engineering ; Mechanical / Mechatronics background preferred
- Able to understand electrical and mechanical diagrams
- Comfortable working a 12-hour shift and overtime when required
- Able to handle and lift 10–15kg
- Willing to work in a controlled environment
