Team Leader – Warehouse / Logistics | Up to $3,850 | 12-Hour Shift | West

📍 Location: West Region 💰 Salary: Up to $3,850/month 🕒 Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts Day: 8.00am – 8.00pm

Night: 8.00pm – 8.00am 📅 Work Schedule: 5 days/week on a rotating roster 🎓 Requirement: Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics Management

Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to supervise warehouse operations, manage shift manpower, and ensure smooth execution of daily logistics activities. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise warehouse associates during assigned shifts.

Allocate manpower and tasks to optimise workflow, productivity, and operational efficiency .

Monitor daily operations against KPIs and SLAs , escalating issues where required.

Oversee goods receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, dispatch, and loading activities.

Act as the key escalation point for operational issues during the shift.

Support cycle counts, stock takes, and discrepancy investigations with the Inventory team.

Ensure proper controls to minimise stock loss, misplacement, and transaction errors .

Verify accuracy of warehouse documentation, including GRN, ASN, DO, and pick lists .

Plan and manage shift manpower according to workload and peak periods.

Train new and existing team members on SOPs, WMS usage, and workplace safety .

Monitor team attendance, discipline, and performance on the warehouse floor.

Ensure proper availability and utilisation of warehouse equipment, including RF scanners, MHE, and printers .

Requirements Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related discipline .

Relevant experience in warehouse / logistics operations , preferably in a high-volume environment.

Prior experience in team leadership or shift supervision is preferred.

Good knowledge of warehouse processes, WMS, inventory control, and documentation .

Strong manpower planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Comfortable working 12-hour rotating day and night shifts .
