Server Hardware Assembly Technician | Manufacturing & Testing | Up to $3.5K

Be part of the team that builds and verifies the hardware behind modern data centre infrastructure. We are seeking detail-oriented candidates to support server hardware assembly, system integration and quality inspection. This position offers an opportunity to develop practical technical skills in a structured manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble server systems and related hardware in accordance with technical specifications. Inspect components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality requirements. Perform basic checks using tools such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters. Troubleshoot and escalate assembly defects or hardware discrepancies. Assist with server integration, product handling and packaging. Record inspection findings and follow established production procedures. Maintain workplace safety and 5S standards.

Requirements NITEC, technical/vocational qualification or equivalent preferred. Relevant experience in hardware assembly, manufacturing, testing or quality assurance is advantageous. Familiarity with basic tools and inspection procedures. Basic Microsoft Office skills. Good attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures. Able to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.

Working Hours Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Post-training: Rotating 12-hour shifts Day shift: 8:00 AM–8:30 PM Night shift: 8:30 PM–8:00 AM Rostered 4-day work week after training, subject to confirmation
