SENIOR RETAIL ASSISTANT | $2500 - $2,900 | 5 DAYS (Islandwide)

📍 Locations: Islandwide 💰 Gross Salary: $2,600– $2,900/month 📅 Working Days: 5 days per week, including rostered weekends and Public Holidays ✨ Job Responsibilities Deliver quality customer service and assist with product recommendations.

Support daily retail operations, cashiering and inventory management.

Guide junior retail associates on service standards and store procedures.

Assist with merchandise displays, promotions and stock replenishment.

Support supervisors in achieving store sales and operational targets.

Handle customer feedback and resolve routine service enquiries.

✅ Requirements Preferably 4-5 years of retail experience.

Prior experience guiding junior staff is advantageous.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Good organisational and multitasking abilities.

Comfortable working rostered shifts.
